Job Summary:

This is clinical and technical work, in one or more laboratory disciplines, providing laboratory services for the diagnosis, treatment and therapeutic monitoring of patients.

Requirements:

Diploma from a recognized medical laboratory technology school or Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science;;
General Registration Technologist certification and member in good standing of the Canadian Society of Medical Laboratory Technologists (CSMLS);
Member in good standing of the New Brunswick Society of Medical Laboratory Technologists (NBSMLT);
Previous experience in a laboratory department an asset;
Basic computer knowledge;
Analytical thinking skills;
Commitment to quality and safety in terms of patient services;
Ability to function efficiently within a team;
Proven ability to adapt to change;
Good work history and attendance profile;
Written and spoken competence in French and spoken competence in English are required;
