Description:

As part of the advanced toxicology team, the Candidate will conduct a variety of lab tests using sophisticated technology such as HPLC, GC/MS and the new LC/MS/MS. We currently test anti-depressants, anti-psychotics, anti-epileptics, methotrexate, free phenytoin and confirmatory drugs. And soon, we're installing tandem mass spec instrumentation for vitamin D and nicotine testing.

Shifts: Day

Salary: $47 - 64,900 K

Requirements

Bachelors of Science in Medical Technology or closely related field
Certified as a Medical Technologist (MT) by the American Society of Clinical Pathology or equivalent
2+ years of generalist experience preferred
NYS Laboratory Technologist
Must be a US citizen or eligible to work in the US for any employer. No sponsorship will be provided.
